minutes. We will search our logs in an interval +/- seconds
around the exact time you give, for a maximum of +/-1000 seconds. Be
sure to select a timezone; the timezone you choose should be
the timezone matching the access time you give, not necessarily
your personal timezone. Example: If your access logs give the time as
17/Feb/2002:11:32:18 -0500, this means they are 5 hours
behind GMT, so you should choose GMT-5 from among the timezone
