Link to us, and get free usage [experimental]

Do you have a web page? We want more people to link to us, so we are offering extra bandwidth to people who put our link on their web pages.

Here are the basic rules:

If you have a paid PIN, we will credit it as described below
If you do not have a paid PIN, we will make you a free PIN but it will not be able to handle HTTP POST accesses, for security reasons. We will give you half the credits described below.
Your page must have a real domain name - not just an IP.
We want new links. If your page is from a domain we do not have a link from yet, we will give you 400 megabytes of usage. If we already have a link from your domain, we will give you 0 megabytes.
We want quality links. We will look at Google to see how many pages link to your page, and for each unique domain listed on Google that links to your page, we will give you another 150 megabytes up to a maximum total of 1400 megabytes.
For every 10 megabytes of usage we add to your PIN, we will extend your PIN's expiration by 1 day(s)
Your page with our link must remain accessible for at least the time to which we have extended your pin. If we fail to find your page or our link on it after a few attempts, we will subtract all the free bandwidth we have given you for this particular link.
We may apply various other rules - just use our form below to test your page before you add your link so you don't waste any effort submitting a bad page. Generally, we want real pages, not pages filled with links, or chatboard posts.
Your html for the link should look like <A HREF='http://www.the-cloak.com/'>SOME TEXT</A> where SOME TEXT contains words like anonymous, proxy, secure, privacy, private, anonymity, etc. ... and of course various superlative adjectives ;)
This is an experimental programme; you must understand that we make no guarantees that it works as advertised, and that we do not provide support for it, though we will try to respond to legitimate bug reports.
